The object of the contract is the provision through telephone contact of information and assistance to the users of the Integrated Water Service managed by Ruzzo Reti SpA such as requests for "First Aid". The service mainly involves the execution of traffic in IN BOUND mode and to a lesser extent also in OUT BOUND mode aimed at reclamation and / or recovery of contractual personal data.

The services briefly concern:
• general information on the service, contractual information and forms, information on bills and invoices, information on estimates, information on the methods and timing of provision of the various services;
• collection of reports and administrative and commercial information provided by the telephone contact (for example reporting faults);
• collection of requests for emergency assistance;
• Small operations (e.g. sending bills and / or account statements, modifying / correcting contractual data such as the delivery address; registering a complaint; sending an installment, etc.)
• Tracking and monitoring of contractual KPIs envisaged for the contract in question.
