This is a contract management contract negotiated for a housing complex of 33 social rental housing, a multipurpose room and outdoor facilities for a floor area of 2 150 m 2 .

The project management market is an expanded MOP LOI mission:

- sketching studies,

- pre-project studies (preliminary draft and final draft),

- project studies,

- partial implementation studies, quantitative all bodies of state, frames of slips for the fluids (electricity current ..),

- assistance to the contracting authority for the award of works contracts,

- endorsement of the implementation studies carried out by the companies for the lots different from those provided for in the implementation studies mentioned above,

- management of the execution of works contracts,

- assistance to the contracting authority during reception operations and during the period of perfect completion,

- scheduling, steering and coordination.
