This tender concerns the construction of a new building for Halsnæs Varme at Havnesvinget in Frederiksværk near Halsnæs Varme's head office, In the building to be built, a heat pump system will be established.

The building and thus also the plant will be built on the former landfill and now prepared and developed land between Havnesvinget and Havnevej

The establishment of the heat pump system includes the construction of a new building and cooling yard, as well as technical systems including heat pump systems, district heating pumps, brine pumps, piping and piping, ventilation, pressure holding systems, energy receivers, electricity connection and electrical components.

The work on the establishment of the heat pump system is divided and tendered into 2 separate turnkey contracts: A technical entrance fee and a building contract.

The present tender covers the building contract, which is offered as a turnkey contract.

Unless Halsnæs Varme chooses to award the task based on the initial tenders, a negotiation process will be carried out in which the tenderers will be invited to parallel negotiation meetings, which will be documented, cf. the description in the tender specifications. The tendered turnkey contract includes the design and construction of a building that will accommodate a 10 MW air-to-water heat pump system.
