The subject of the contract is the design and then execution of elements of the exhibition in the parish church of St. Hedwig of Silesia and in the Piast Castle in Krosno Odrzańskie. All installations and elements of the arrangement should be implemented in the existing rooms.

The contractor's obligations as part of the implementation of the subject of the Order include m.in .:

a) designing all elements covered by the contract, based on the detailed part of the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 3 and the cost estimate form constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ and arrangements with the Ordering Party;

b) obtaining the acceptance of the Ordering Party;

c) production / purchase of designed and accepted elements of the exhibition, including: arrangement elements, multimedia elements, content and applications including audio guide applications;

(d) construction, if necessary, of electrical and teletechnical installations (sub-assemblies with accessories and wiring) for the designed elements of the exhibition;

e) implementation of Wi-Fi networks for the needs of implemented systems;

f) design and construction of exhibition lighting elements;

g) training of the Ordering Party's employees in the operation and maintenance of the implemented elements;

h) preparation of as-built documentation including instructions for use, maintenance and ad hoc actions in the event of typical failures;

(i) carrying out annual inspections during the warranty period.
