1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the performance of activities in the field of the fourth and fifth level of corrective maintenance (PU), referred to in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 October 2005 on the general technical conditions for the operation of railway vehicles, in three rail vehicles: type 218Mc series SA133-007 (PU4-2), type 215M series SA108-006 (PU5) and type 223M series SA139-005 (PU4). The vehicles are the property of the Lubuskie Voivodeship, and their user is a licensed carrier - POLREGIO SA. The scope of work going beyond the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU) is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ).
2. A detailed description of the scope of work going beyond the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU) is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) – Annex 1a, 1b and 1c to the SWZ.
SA133-007 (PU4-2)1.The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the performance of activities in the field of the fourth level of corrective maintenance (PU4-2), referred to in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 October 2005 on the general technical conditions for the operation of railway vehicles, in a rail vehicle type 218Mc series SA133-007.
2. A detailed description of the scope of work going beyond the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU) is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) – Annex 1a to the SWZ.
SA108-006 (PU5)1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the performance of activities in the field of the fifth level of corrective maintenance (PU5), referred to in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 October 2005 on the general technical conditions for the operation of railway vehicles, in a rail vehicle type 215M series SA108-006.
2. A detailed description of the scope of works going beyond the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU) is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) – Annex 1b to the SWZ
SA139-005 (PU4)1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the performance of activities in the field of the fourth level of corrective maintenance (PU4), referred to in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 October 2005 on general technical conditions for the operation of railway vehicles, in a rail vehicle type 223M series SA139-005.
