1) The subject of the contract in these proceedings is the supply of office chairs referred to in Annex 1 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "Armchairs". The offered Seats must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of manufacture – not earlier than 2022), have appropriate documents allowing the Seats to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland. The Contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the Armchairs.

2) The scope of the contract includes the delivery of three types of Armchairs to the building of the District Court, located in Częstochowa at 90 St. Rocha Street and to the building of the Regional Court in Częstochowa at 23/35 Dąbrowskiego Street, together with unloading, bringing to the destination, in the total number of 524 pieces. Assembly should be understood as their unpacking and assembly at the place of destination.

7) The full scope of the Ordering Party's requirements in relation to the subject of the contract includes: a detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ) and a draft contract, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
