New functionalities and technological evolution of the Electronic Tendering System of the Xunta de Galicia (SILEX).

The main works to be done are:

- developments to improve the usability of the offer presentation module and developments for the presentation of offers that replace existing ones,

- developments to allow the presentation of tenders to bidders without a digital certificate recognized by the Department of Facenda (foreign bidders),

- developments for the optimization of the decryption processes of the offers and development of a communications module for users,

- developments for the evolution of the file configuration module, technological evolution of the system, specialized technical support and continuous updating.
