2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 14 parts.

3. The Contractor may submit an offer for all parts of the contract or for a selected part of the contract.

1) Tender price calculation forms – Appendices No. 1A - 1N to the Terms of Reference (depending on the part for which the contractor will apply),

2) provisions of the Draft Agreement – Appendix No. 7 to the Terms of Reference,

3) a description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference.

The subject of the contract for the above-mentioned part of the contract includes the service of disposal of municipal solid waste along with the possibility of their segregation from military complexes located in the city of Krakow. Rzeszów together with equipping all complexes indicated in Appendix 5 (Description of the Subject of the Contract) with containers for the storage of municipal and segregated waste. Estimated amount of waste removed in 2024 under the order:

(a) mixed municipal waste: 3670 m3 (1835 m3 under the basic contract and 1835 m3 under the option);

b) segregated: 690 m3 (345 m3 under the basic order and 345 m3 under the option);

c) over a period of 1 year - 9 collection points.

b) segregated: 6 m3 (3 m3 as part of the basic order and 3 m3 as an option);

c) over a period of 1 year - 1 collection point.

(a) mixed municipal waste: 1 220 m3 (610 m3 for the basic contract and 610 m3 for the option);

b) segregated: 180 m3 (90 m3 as part of the basic order and 90 m3 as an option);

c) within 1 year - 2 collection points.
