the purpose of this framework agreement is to provide services in the field of Industrial Property for the entire portfolio of securities owned / co-owned by the University of Nantes and/or the University of Rennes 1 and of which SATT Ouest Valorisation has been mandated

This framework agreement concerns the registration of the transfer of the Industrial Property rights of the University of Nantes in favour of Nantes University on the entire portfolio of securities owned or co-owned by the University of Nantes. These entries also relate and in general to all acts modifying the ownership of each of the securities or the enjoyment of the rights attached to them and in particular: the transfer, the assignment of a right, the assignment of share, the concession of a right of exploitation, the mandate contract (agent license)
