The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the contracting authority consisting in the organization of transport of disabled students along with the provision of care to specialized educational institutions located in the municipality of Krakow, the municipality of Wieliczka and the municipality of Myślenice and their transport after school classes along with the transport of students to additional classes organized and implemented by educational institutions (all kinds of extra-compulsory classes, sports competitions, thematic trips, special events, etc. - including the possibility of individual transport). The contract completion period covers the school years 2023/2024-2024/2025 in the period 01.11.2023 - 27.06.2025.

The subject of the contract is the execution of the contracting service consisting in the organisation of the transport of students with disabilities along with the provision of care, to specialized educational institutions located in the municipal municipality of Kraków, Wieliczka Municipality and the Municipality of Myślenice and their departure after school activities together with the transport of students to additional activities organized and carried out by educational institutions (all kinds of superobligatory activities, sports competitions, thematic tours, special events, etc. - including the possibility of carrying out individual transport).

The contract completion period covers the school years 2023/2024-2024/2025 in the period 01.11.2023 - 27.06.2025.

The service does not include carriage to various types of supportive, corrective, rehabilitation, etc., which do not take place in connection with the course of school activities organised and conducted by the parent educational institution of the student and in which the student takes part as a result of the individual decision parent/legal guardian.

The service will be performed in accordance with the calendar of the school year for a given period approved by the Minister responsible for education. The estimated number of working days during the order period is 331, including:

- in 2023 - 36 days,

- in 2024 - 185 days,

- in 2025 – 110 days.

In the school year 2023/2024, a total of 81 students will be covered by the transport task, including 77 students as part of a collective ride and 4 students as part of an individual ride in accordance with the data below in the table. A detailed list including a list of educational institutions to which students will be transported in individual school years, personal data and the exact address of residence of students – will be provided to the contractor who will present the most advantageous offer and obtain the contract, after signing a statement on the use of personal data only for purposes related to the implementation of the transport task to specialized educational institutions.

Attention:

1. The Contracting Authority informs that during the performance of the contract there may be a change of schools and institutions to which pupils are transported, which could not be foreseen at the stage of these proceedings.

2. During the performance of the contract, the contracting authority anticipates that there may be a change in the number of students transported in relation to the one specified in these proceedings or personal changes in the list of students for various reasons that the contracting authority was not able to foresee, however, also in this case, the Contracting Authority, in agreement with the Contractor, will pay the Contractor for the transport actually performed after taking into account the change in the number of people and in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ and uPzp.

3. The route and its length may be modified depending on the specific needs of the contracting authority resulting from organizational reasons that could not be foreseen at the time of drawing up the specification, such as: changes in lesson plans, the need to organize additional journeys resulting from the participation of students in extracurricular activities, sports competitions, thematic trips or special events, etc.

The service must be performed in accordance with the schedule of transport and drop-off directly adapted to the timetable in educational institutions, with the proviso that in most schools lessons start at 800 a.m. The start and end times of lessons are subject to change.

It is recommended that the Contractor familiarizes himself with the road conditions prevailing in the municipalities of Wieliczka, Myślenice and Kraków, however, due to the digital accessibility of the road and street system, a site inspection is not required and is not planned.
