This contract concerns the following services and supplies for the overall management of the sanctioning cycle including:

• The service for the management of activities and related procedural developments falling within the administrative sanction process resulting from violations of the Highway Code for vehicles, offenders and/or jointly and severally obliged persons residing in Italy or abroad, and municipal regulations and other laws pertaining to the Municipal Police;

• The free provision of the related management software;

• Training, maintenance and support services;

• The Call Center service;

• The provision of forms, tablets/smartphones, printers and clouds.
