The purpose is to contract the insurance of material damage, civil liability, accidents and life of the Public University of Navarra.

In the terms and with the scope provided in this Regulatory Specifications, the insurance company takes charge of the cost of any civil liabilities that may legally arise for the Insured, as a result of the damages caused to third parties on the occasion of the risks and activities provided for in the Specifications.

The purpose of this contract is the determination of the clauses regulating the insurance contract for damage or material loss caused to the goods described in clause 2.1.6. Insured Assets of the Specifications.

The object of this contract is the coverage of the risks of death and disability indicated in this specification.
