1. The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery and assembly of furniture equipment for the attic of the Kazimierzowski Palace in Warsaw as part of the investment entitled "Reconstruction of the attic of the Kazimierzowski Palace for office purposes", covered by the Multiannual Programme entitled "University of Warsaw 2016-2027", hereinafter referred to as "Furniture".

2. The subject of the contract has been divided into two parts:

1) Part I - Purchase, delivery and assembly of basic furniture.

2) Part II – Purchase, delivery and installation of specialist furniture.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the "Description of the subject of the contract" together with attachments constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.

Part I - Purchase, delivery and assembly of basic furniture:

a) equipment of halls and meeting rooms,

b) equipment of the relaxation zone and common areas.

Part II – Purchase, delivery and installation of specialist furniture:

a) acoustic walls,

(b) acoustic horns.
