Provision of drain clearance and unblocking and associated services (including repair and reconstruction of drains and septic tank emptying) through a multi-supplier framework to Advantage SW Members who may choose to access the framework. 2 lots for direct award for North Devon Homes and Westward Housing. The estimated total value is a maximum that would apply should all members access the framework.

Lot 1 — Advantage SW framework;

Lot 2 — North Devon Homes requirement;

Lot 3 — Westward Housing requirement.

Drainage clearance, testing and inspection services and associated services. We will award a multi-supplier framework from which our Members (those who wish to access the framework) will direct award or run mini-competitions for their own specific requirements.

Direct award Lot for North Devon Homes. We will award a 4 year multi-supplier framework (min. 2 companies) with North Devon Homes awarding contracts as specified in the procurement documents. Contracts can outlast the duration of the framework.

Direct award Lot for Westward Housing. We will award a 4 year multi-supplier framework (min. 2 companies) with Westward Housing awarding contracts as specified in the procurement documents. Contracts can outlast the duration of the framework.
