The operator's tasks include encouraging and activating municipal road safety working groups for road safety work, promoting smart mobility and accessibility issues.

The area of the North Savo Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment is divided into regions (North Savo, North Karelia and South Savo), for which one operator is selected for each. The same operator can operate in a maximum of two provinces.

The procurement is divided into three parts, because the client wants to promote the procurement as an object

- cooperation with the transport system coordinator for Eastern Finland

- maintenance and development of the extranet portal with meeting materials, operating environment information, etc. distribution and preservation throughout the assignment

- updating and developing the internet site

- scheduling coordination, management, monitoring and reporting for each year of operation;

- monitoring the development of national and international road safety work and bringing results to the operator's work

- coordination and organisation of road safety events/events;

- continuous ideation and development of road safety work and the creation of new operating models

- promotion of issues related to wise movement.

In his or her offer, the consultant must also come up with ideas for other work packages. The annual action plans do not program all the consultant's work input, which allows for a quick response and reprogramming of the content of the service within the framework of the assignment.
