IPC acts as a central purchasing agency to make international IPC member stations available, choosing to subscribe, one / more existing payment platforms to be integrated into the Postal-Delivery-Duties-Paid solution (PDDP) ). The purpose of this call for tenders is therefore to choose one or more suppliers operating payment platforms in one or more regions which will enable online buyers to pay customs duties and charges on postal deliveries if they buy articles on the shopping sites. By working with identified and integrated e-commerce providers across the region, our PDDP solution will connect to the winning provider (s) to process and support the distribution of payments between parties, ensuring that corresponding amounts are transferred to the merchant and the post office. This call for tenders comprises 8 lots, corresponding to regions of the world, as described in the contract notice.
