Order the start of a new contracting file through an open procedure, in accordance with articles 156 to 158 of the Law / 2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, of the system and actions necessary for the capture, transmission, totalization and dissemination of the provisional information on the results of the foral elections, which will be held on 26.5.2019, as well as the necessary additional services and the leasing of mobile data transmission devices, by the urgent processing system and agree to its opening, with the fulfillment of all its procedures, until the formalization of the contract.
