1) Supply of conjugated natural gas (hereinafter referred to as "solid CNG fuel") for the needs of the rolling stock of Miejskie Zakład Komunikacji Sp. z o.o. in Ostrołęka and lease of equipment for transport, storage and refueling of CNG gas (hereinafter referred to as the "Mobile Refuelling Station") or delivery of compressed natural gas by securing the place of refueling of CNG gas by the tenderer at a distance not exceeding 10km from the headquarters of Miejskie Zakład Komunikacji Sp. z o.o. in Ostrołęka at 1 Kołobrzeska Street. 2) The mobile refuelling station will be used to fill tanks installed in the Ordering Party's vehicles with CNG gas. 3) All costs of the Contractor related to the lease, service and maintenance of equipment included in the mobile CNG filling station will be included in the net unit price of the supplied CNG gas. 4) CNG gas fuel will be supplied on the basis of the contract for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the contract 5) The fuel will be used by the Ordering Party for refueling public transport buses in the amount of 10 pcs. The subject of the contract is the supply of compressed natural gas (hereinafter referred to as "CNG gaseous fuel") for the needs of the rolling stock of Miejskie Zakład Komunikacji Sp. z o.o. in Ostrołęka and the lease of equipment for transporting, storing and refuelling CNG gas (hereinafter referred to as "Mobile Refuelling Station") or the supply of compressed natural gas by securing the place of refueling of CNG gas by the tenderer at a distance of no more than 10km from the seat of the Municipal Plant Communication Sp. z o.o. in Ostrołęka at 1 Kołobrzeska Street. 2. The mobile refuelling station will be used to fill tanks installed in the Ordering Party's vehicles with CNG gaseous fuel. 3. All costs of the Contractor related to the lease, service and maintenance of equipment included in the mobile CNG filling station shall be included in the net unit price of the supplied CNG gas. 4. CNG gas will be supplied on the basis of the contract for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the contract. 5. Delivery of compressed natural gas by securing the place of refueling of CNG gas by the tenderer at a distance of no more than 10km from the headquarters of Miejskie Zakład Komunikacji Sp. z o.o. in Ostrołęka at 1 Kołobrzeska Street.
