the purpose of the consultation is the printing, shaping, eventual encartage and delivery of the magazine Côte-D'Or le mag', information magazine of the Departmental Council of the Côte-D'Or. This also includes the printing of supplements coupled or not to the magazine as well as the printing of special issues.

the services will be the subject of a split framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-2 and following, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
