1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of residential real estate from the area of the Municipality of Dąbrowa in 2024 in accordance with applicable law.

2. Collection and management of waste and equipping the property with containers, plastic bags, containers, big-bags should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Polish law and local law.

3. The Contractor is obliged to collect and manage any amount of waste that will be generated on residential properties and at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. The actual amounts of waste collected may change and this will not constitute grounds for changing the Contractor's remuneration

4. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the essential provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex 7 to the SWZ and constitute its integral part.
