Description:
DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY OF A BRAND NEW CHANNEL PRESS DESIGNED FOR PRESSING MUNICIPAL WASTE AND RAW MATERIALS FROM SELECTIVE WASTE COLLECTION WITH A SYSTEM FEEDING WASTE TO THE PRESS

1. The scope of the contract includes:

1) Dismantling and transporting to the place on the premises indicated by the Ordering Party currently operating: baling press no. 076 and conveyors no. 074 and 075.

2) Development of an executive design for the modernization of the supporting structure for the remaining part of the technological installation.

3) Delivery of new equipment with unloading under the supervision of the Contractor at the premises of Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. in Bielsko-Biała at Krakowska 315 d.

4) Assembly of the press in place of the existing one, including installation and assembly and fastening of all supplied elements along with the modification of the existing supporting structure. If it is necessary to dismantle existing structural elements or rebuild them, it is necessary to obtain the written consent of the Ordering Party.

5) Delivery and assembly of a conveyor with a width of at least 1600 mm – a system feeding waste to a new press. The angle of inclination of the inrushing conveyor is not more than 33°.

4) Assembly of the press in place of the existing one, including installation and assembly and fastening of all supplied elements along with the modification of the existing supporting structure. If it is necessary to dismantle existing structural elements or rebuild them, it is necessary to obtain the written consent of the Ordering Party.

6) Conducting technical and technological start-up and conducting training in the operation and operation of devices.

7) Performance of services and warranty obligations.

2. Operation of dismantling the old press, installation (setting) and commissioning of the new press along with

with technical start-up and delivery and assembly of a new conveyor must take place within a maximum period of 10 calendar days, including work on 2 weekends (Saturday-Sunday). The date of commencement of work should be set for Saturday, and the acceptance together with start-up and commissioning on Monday. The Ordering Party allows earlier works during the working sorting line aimed at preparing for dismantling and assembly of existing equipment and supporting structure. The design and schedule of planned works should be submitted for approval to the Ordering Party min. 2 weeks before the planned date of commencement of work.

3. Technological start-up and training of the Ordering Party's employees must take place during the working hours of the plant, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 6.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.

4. The press is designed to work in a 2-shift system 6 days a week. Waste intended for pressing of various structure, humidity and size (including large-size elements - max 700 mm), possible content of glass, ash, sand. The input material will be: foils, cardboard, paper, plastics – HDPE, PP, PET packaging, tetrapack beverage packaging, aluminum cans, mixed energy fraction.

5. The press will be integrated into an existing sorting line with a capacity of 70,000 Mg/year

(for mixed waste) in place of the existing press, between the existing support elements of the line structure. It is necessary to design a "bypass" or use (after the acceptance of the Ordering Party) own technological solution, enabling the transfer of waste

to the container without the press.

6. The press must be designed to operate at an ambient temperature of 0 to 45°C.

7. A guide for min. 4 bales and the possibility of downhill bale with breaking 90o.

8. The Contractor shall incorporate the new equipment into the existing visualization and control system of the sorting line. The devices will be adapted to continuous operation in an automatic waste segregation line, therefore they must respond to control signals coming from the line and must generate the necessary signals for the line in terms of its cooperation with the line, i.e. they must be equipped with min. 4 potential-free contacts, transmitting mainly the following signals: readiness of devices for operation, work in the machine, failure, start of the charging transporter. The visualization of the work must be accessible from the position of the wheelhouse sorting.
