The project is announced as a main contract for construction professions, the technical professions will be announced in separate contracs + some special contracts that wil be announced later. A multi-purpose hall of approx. 5000 m2 and a service part of approx. 2000 m2 shall be constructed. The technical room and stores will be on the 3rd floor. In the middle of the service part there will be stairs/lift down to the basement, -2 floor. Tunnel out to the 'New Hødd Arena' that will be the new stadium for Hødd IL.
