The subject of the contract includes the performance of the task entitled: "Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the municipality of Łysomice" from 31.03.2023 to 31.12.2023 and equipping these properties with containers and bags for selective collection of municipal waste. 2. Detailed information on the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ ENTITLED DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT and Annex No. 10 to the SWZ entitled CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ŁYSOMICE COMMUNE.

Detailed information on the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ ENTITLED DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT and Annex No. 10 to the SWZ entitled CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ŁYSOMICE COMMUNE. 3. The price of the offer must be complete, unambiguous and final. The Contractor shall calculate the price on the basis of the Terms of Contract Specification together with attachments. The valuation of the offer should take into account all the necessary elements and expected costs related to the implementation of the task. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for examining with due care the subject matter of the contract and for obtaining information in relation to each and any conditions and obligations which may in any way affect the value or nature of the tender or the performance of the subject of the contract. 4. The submission of a bid shall be deemed to mean that the Contractors have become familiar with all relevant acts and other legal regulations in force in the Republic of Poland that may in any way affect or relate to the activities and activities covered by the bid and the resulting public procurement contract. 5.
