The contracting authority is looking for a partner to make our mobility services as optimal as possible. An organization that thinks with us about how we can best stimulate different travel, identifies trends and gives advice to Alfa College on mobility issues.

We are looking for a partner who offers an OV chip card that at least gives access to the use of:

- train,

- bus,

- subway,

- tram,

- OV-Taxi,

- public transport by water,

- OV bicycle,

- parking your bicycle at bus / train stations,

- shared cars (public and company shared car).

And extra (not public transport) services:

- electric charging,

- parking.

Based on current usage, it is expected that between 400 and 750 employees will use the newly selected card. The number mentioned is indicative. Some of the employees will use a non-personalized mobility card (partial card) and a limited number of employees will use a personal mobility card. Interested parties cannot derive any rights from this number.

Result

The result of this tender is a Framework Agreement in which the conditions are laid down under which Contracting Authority employees can purchase and use a mobility card for their commuting, study trips and business trips, including any other products and services.

Form of the Agreement

The Agreement has a term of two years and will commence on 1.10.2020. The contracting authority has the option of extending the agreement a maximum of twice by one year. The Contracting Authority will indicate whether it wishes to make use of this option for extension no later than three months before the end of the contract period. The maximum contract value is EUR 1 000 000 (excl. VAT), above which the contract will be put out to tender again.
