The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber and tourist development, hunting and meadow and agricultural management to be carried out in the Milicz Forest District in 2022.

The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the fields of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber and tourist development, nursery and seed, hunting and meadow and agricultural management resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ.

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

Annex No 3.6. - information on surfaces where the protection of raids and subplants is planned

The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.

The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of performance technology).

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract.
