1.Day Concierge for Pennine House between the hours 7:00 until 19:00 (12 hours) 365 days per year.

2.Night Concierge for Mendip House between the hours 20:00 until 8:00 (12 hours) 365 days per year.

3.Night Patrols at Pennine and Methven Court dispersed between the hours of 19:00 and 7:00 Monday to Sunday, three visits per nights on a changing pattern of attendance.
