The purpose of the public procurement is to find a provider of telephone and data transfer services (hereinafter service) for joint procurement contracts in the volume and under the conditions provided for in the source documents of the public procurement.

The estimated value of the public procurement is based on the volumes of the contract no. 183307 of public procurement no. 2017, according to which the five-year contract volume of 31 joint bidders is ca 913,000 euros (excluding VAT). Taking into account that there are twice as many joint tenderers in this joint procurement and, due to the possible caselaw of the Court of Justice, consider the framework agreement to have expired, including in a situation where the upper limit of the expected cost has been reached, the estimated cost is multiple.
