1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity between 1.10.2021 and 31.3.2023 and 1,256 points of consumption (PPE) with a total estimated basic order volume (+/- 10%) of 19,605,53 MWh, of which:

1) for premises and facilities (part 1 of the order) — 14 128,75 MWh — the detailed list of PPE is Annex 1a to SWZ;

2) for road lighting (Part 2 of the order) — 5 476,78 MWh — the detailed list of PPE is Annex 1b to SWZ.

2. The Ordering Party provides for the right of option. The right option will be covered by the supply of electricity to 2 objects “Olmedica” in Oleck Sp. z o.o., Gołdapska Street 1, 19-400 Olecko.

3. CPV code under which the subject of the contract is classified:

— 09300000-2 — Electricity, thermal, solar and nuclear power,

— 09310000-5 — Electricity.

4. Settlement period — 1 mies.

5. Details of electricity consumption at each collection point are described in Annex 1a/Annex 1b to SWZ list of collection points.

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract /basic procurement/14 128,75 MWh, of which:

— Zone I 9 786,61 MWh,

— Zone II 3 053,32 MWh,

— Zone III 1 288.82 MWh.

The above data is indicative. The Contractor shall take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption of (+/-10%), with the Contracting Party declaring an aggregate intake of not less than 12,715,88 MWh, representing 90% of the estimated volume.

4. Deliveries will take place between 1.10.2021 and 31.3.2023, provided that the details of delivery dates (commencement and termination) for individual collection points are described in Annex No 1a to SWZ column “Delivery Period”.

5. The Contracting Authority:

1) The Municipality of Biała Piska, in connection with the planned installation of photovoltaic panels, reserves the possibility to exclude from the contract in the first half of 2022 the facility of the Firehouse TSO, PPE number PL_ZEBB_2816000283_09;

2) The Municipality of Świętajno in connection with the planned installation of photovoltaic panels reserves the possibility to exclude from the contract in the third quarter of 2022 the facility, PPE number PL_ZEBB_2813009854_03.

6. The Ordering Party provides for the right of option. The right option will be covered by the supply of electricity to 2 objects “Olmedica” in Oleck Sp. z o.o., Gołdapska Street 1, 19-400 Olecko.

7. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the planned start date of supply.

8. Measurement systems with tariff group B are tailored to the seller's change procedure.

3. Estimated electricity consumption over the term of the contract of 5,476.78 MWh, of which:

— Zone I — 2,375,78 MWh,

— Zone II — 3,101.00 MWh.

The above data is indicative. The Contractor shall take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption of (+/-10%), with the Contracting Party declaring an aggregate intake of not less than 4,929.10 MWh, representing 90% of the estimated volume.

4. Deliveries will take place between 1.10.2021 and 31.3.2023, provided that the details of delivery dates (commencement and termination) for individual collection points are described in Annex 1b to SWZ column “Delivery Period”.

5. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the planned commencement date.
