The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for 2022 available in the market meeting the quality standards laid down by the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) for the purposes of the power supply of public utilities, vision monitoring, gates in acoustic screens and street lighting, squares, bus stops, parks, skwery of the City of Radomska.

The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for 2022 available in the market meeting the quality standards laid down by the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) for the purposes of the power supply of public utilities, vision monitoring, gates in acoustic screens and street lighting, squares, bus stops, parks, skwery of the City of Radomska. This procedure is jointly conducted by the Orders listed in the SECTION I. The leader is the City of Radomsko — the City of Radomsko. The purchasing group was created by Order No 189/2021 of the President of the City of Radomsko dated September 28, 2021, on the creation of the Electricity Purchase Group 2022 and the award of the contract for “Purchase of Electricity for the year 2022". The leader of the Purchasing Group is the City of Radomsko — the City of Radomska, 5 Millennium Street, 97-500 Radomsko, which will prepare the tender documentation and conduct the entire tender procedure and award the contract on behalf and for each participant of GZ 2022. (+/ -10%) during the delivery period is 4 363,690 kWh- see Appendix 7 to SWZ for details. Description of the item of the order specify:

1) Detailed description of the object of the order - which is Appendix 7 to the SWZ,

2) Summary of the electricity collection points of the City of Radomsko and the facilities and institutions - which is Appendix 8 to the SWZ,

3) Summary of electricity collection points of street lighting: streets, bus stops, squares, squares, traffic science parks and towns and vision monitoring and gates in acoustic screens in Radomsko - Appendix No 9 to SWZ,

4) draft contract - which is Appendix 6 to the SWZ.
