The subject matter of the contract is:

1) collection of municipal waste from owners of single-family and multi-family properties, including multi-family mixed, covered by the municipal waste management system in the Municipal Municipality of Stargard referred to in Article 6c of the Act,

2) collecting, on the request of the Ordering Party, abandoned waste and removing it from the public lands of the Municipality of the City of Stargard.

1. The subject of the contract is:

1) collection of municipal waste from owners of single-family and multi-family properties, including multi-family mixed, covered by the municipal waste management system in the Municipal Municipality of Stargard referred to in Article 6c of the Act,

2) collecting, on the request of the Ordering Party, abandoned waste and removing it from the public lands of the Municipality of the City of Stargard.

2. A detailed description of the object of the contract, according to the condition known to the Contracting Authority at the date of initiation of the procedure, shall be determined by the SWZ, and in particular the draft contract of Annex 6 to the SWZ — the actual scope of work necessary for the execution of the subject of the contract, which is defined in the definition specifying the object of the order may differ from the scope described by the order documents.
