Performing periodic technical inspections and maintenance as well as ongoing repairs of medical apparatus and equipment located in the PET/CT Laboratory of the Lower Silesian Center of Oncology, Pulmonology

The subject of the contract is to perform periodic technical inspections and maintenance as well as ongoing repairs of medical apparatus and equipment located in the PET/CT Laboratory of the Lower Silesian Center of Oncology, Pulmonology and Hematology, according to the equipment:

Package - Laminar chamber type NMC50DSI with dosage dispenser.

The order is described in detail in the annexes to the SWZ No. 1 - "Description of the subject of the contract" (OPZ) and No. 7 "Draft contract"
