Supply of natural gas for the buildings of the Communauté de communes Ardenne Meuse and SPL Rives de Meuse - January 2019 / December 2021.

The contract covers the supply of natural gas at the above delivery points, including purchase, transportation and delivery at the points of consumption.

Main Features:

- the market, carried by the Community of communes Ardenne banks of Meuse, is passed with several contracting authorities constituted in a group of Order composed of the Community of and the Local public company "Rives de Meuse", manager of the aquatic center RIVEA ,

- the contract is concluded for a firm period of 3 years from 1.1.2019, date of commencement of supply. The holder of the contract agrees on a start of supply on 1.1.2019, which implies that he undertakes to carry out all the operations of change of supplier previously,

- optional variants are not allowed. No required variant (option) is provided.
