The Bavarian State Ministry for Digital has launched the "BayFiD - Bavaria's Women in Digital Professions" initiative, which is under the patronage of the Bavarian Prime Minister Dr. Markus Söder stands.
BayFiD is aimed at young women between the ages of 18 and 30 of all qualification levels with primary residence in Bavaria, who are to be sensitized to digital occupational fields and accompanied on their way into digital occupational fields. The program is co-designed by sponsors (companies, institutions and associations) and role models. BayFiD should include concrete insights into practice, professional exchange, networking and consulting. The aim is to work with the partners to create an attractive offer that is flexible and adapted to the specific needs of the young women.
