The subject of this contract includes the performance of comprehensive services related to the technical maintenance of the real estate within a period of 12 months, which consists of the following facilities:

1) Stadium, infrastructure, equipment and installations belonging thereto;

2) Administrative and technical facilities building located on the northern side of the stadium at Siwca Street in Warsaw;

3) Container facilities on the southern side at Al. Ks. J. Poniatowskiego;

4) Infrastructure, installations and equipment located on plots adjacent to the stadium with the numbers 12/1, 12/2 from the precinct 3-01-01 in the area of Al. Ks. J. Poniatowski, Wybrzeże Szczecińskie Street and Zieleniecka Avenue, in the Praga Południe District in Warsaw and part of the rainwater sewage system draining rainwater to Lake Kamionkowskie and the Vistula River, located outside the above-mentioned plots along with their outlets.

Summary of the area of individual parts of land development:

a) total area of the facility - 202 456.4 m2,

b) built-up area - 104 338.5 m2,

c) stadium cubic capacity - 1,106,308.8 m3,

d) paved surfaces (roads, pedestrian routes, pavements) - 51,347.6 m2,

e) permeable surfaces - compacted and reinforced soil on the road substructure - 5,897.8 m2,

f) green areas within the fenced area - 60,309.9 m2,

g) number of parking spaces in the garage - 1761 (including 36 parking spaces for the disabled),

h) land with infrastructure located outside the immediate vicinity of the stadium, i.e. plots No. 12/1 and 12/2 from the precinct 3-01-01 in the area of Ks. J. Poniatowski Avenue, Wybrzeże Szczecińskie Street and Zieleniecka Avenue, in the Praga Południe District in Warsaw - approx. 38 ha.

Summary of the area of the administrative and technical facilities building:

Usable area (rooms and rooms) - 1,727.2 m2, including:

a) floor I - 461.3 m2,

b) kondygnacja II - 620,9 m2,

c) kondygnacja III - 645,0 m2,

d) total area of rooms and rooms including communication - 2 416.0 m2,

Workshop building (extension):

a) usable area - 57.6 m2

b) cubic capacity - 389 m3

c) transformer station and carpentry shop - 208.8 m2,

d) usable area of the transformer - 94.8 m2,

e) carpentry shop area - 114.0 m2.

Overview of the area of the container back office building:

a) Usable area (rooms and rooms) - 777.6 m2,

b) Ground floor - 679.0 m2,

c) Mezzanine - 98.6 m2

Statement of the area of plots 12/1 and 12/2 precinct 3-01-01:

a) plot area 12/1 - 81 441 m2,

b) Plot area 12/2 - 306 549 m2.

Scope of services:

As part of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor will carry out the following:

a) ongoing technical and administrative support, the so-called FM (Facility Management),

b) implementation and execution of the PPM Preventive Maintenance Program,

c) preparation for the Events and their service in terms of providing and using technical infrastructure in the areas described in section 1.1,

(d) other.
