Neuabu Administration Building LRA Rottweil | Planning services dismantling

The district of Rottweil intends to build a new office and administration building with a cafeteria, meeting rooms and an integrated control center at Königstraße 36, 78628 Rottweil. The new building replaces the previous high-rise building, as well as the adjoining components Flachbau West and Rundbau which stand in the same place. The building at Stadionstraße 5, which is connected to the previous rotunda by a connecting corridor, and the underground car park will be retained.

The Rottweil District Office held an architectural competition for the new building. The office Ackermann und Raff (a+r Architekten) from Stuttgart won this and was commissioned with the object planning.

After the competition, there was a requirement for additional space and workplaces as part of further coordination. The result of this vote is that the existing low-rise building west will not be preserved and built over, but will also be demolished and enlarged and rebuilt. For this purpose, the corresponding planning services are required for dismantling.

Tenders are services of dismantling planning based on the AHO Issue No. 18 (expected scope: dismantling planning, building substance investigations, approval planning, tendering/awarding of dismantling, construction supervision and expert support of the dismantling during construction, or analogous to the work phases 1-8 according to HOAI).

According to the current status, the client intends to commission in stages. Stage 1 (demolition planning, building fabric investigation and approval planning) is initially commissioned with the commission. It is pointed out that there is no entitlement to realization/project implementation.
