IDM support (3rd level) - EVB-IT service contract

JLU is currently introducing an Identity and Access Management System (IdM) based on the Micro Focus NetIQ Identity and Access Manager as part of a project. Of the totality of all LifeCycles of all entities to be mapped, that of the students has already been implemented. Operation is ensured by JLU's internal IT service provider (HRZ).

The contractor supports HRZ in the IdM application operation, in 3rd level application support (including iDM incident management), the implementation of change requests and the further development of HRZ iDM operating services (e.g. application monitoring).

The subject of the call for tenders is an EVB-IT service contract to which the provisions of the “EVB-IT service terms and conditions” apply. This SOW becomes part of the contract.
