This lot corresponds to the geographical sector Chateaubriand in Tours Nord, whose contract expires on September 30, 2025. The boiler room of Chateaubriand, property of Tours Habitat supplies more than 3000 homes, shops and public establishments. The energy produced comes from gas boilers on the one hand and 2 cogeneration units belonging to Cogestar on the other hand, whose TOC ends on 25 November 2025

This lot corresponds to the various boiler rooms and collective substations present on the heritage of Tours Habitat, spread over the territory of the city of Tours
