The purpose of the current service concession contract is the delivery of professional, large-scale face-to-face and virtual events and training programmes (training courses, information days and workshops) tailored towards specific learning objectives in a number of the Agency’s areas of activity. The participants' registration fees shall cover the concessionaire's costs for the delivery of this concession contract.

Training and event organisation. The estimated volume of the trainings and other events are available in the technical specifications and Annex IX accordingly.
