The task shall include the provision of services for the regular transport of persons on the following lines forming part of the communication network for which the Municipality of Pszczyna is organised:

− line no. U/241005/5 — “C” Pszczyna — Ćwiklice via Rudołtowice,
− line no. U/241005/7 — “D” Pszczyna — Pszczyna via Czarków, Sand,
− line no. U/241005/8 — “E” Pszczyna — Pszczyna via Studzienice, Sand.
− line no. U/241005/9 — “F” Pszczyna — Pszczyna via Jankowice.
According to the description of Chapter II of the SWZ.
1. The task shall include the provision of services for the regular transport of persons on the following lines forming part of the communication network for which the Municipality of Pszczyna is organised:

− line no. U/241005/5 — “C” Pszczyna — Ćwiklice via Rudołtowice,
− line no. U/241005/7 — “D” Pszczyna — Pszczyna via Czarków, Sand,
− line no. U/241005/8 — “E” Pszczyna — Pszczyna via Studzienice, Sand.
− line no. U/241005/9 — “F” Pszczyna — Pszczyna via Jankowice.
2. Services will be provided within the municipality of Pszczyna, on working days and Saturdays. The planned amount of carriage kilometers to be executed during the entire contract is 1,682,060.4 km (indicated quantity does not include entrances and exits from the line). The Contracting Authority shall allow an increase or decrease in the quantity of carriage kilometres to a maximum of 20% of the planned quantity of carriage kilometres.
3. Detailed course of communication lines includes Annex 1 to SWZ (map of public transport)
The line will be operated according to the timetables set out in Annex 8 to this SWZ (timetable).
5. The distribution, sale and control of tickets is on the Contractor's side and the financial resources obtained from the sale of tickets are entirely the income of the Contractor. The Contractor shall charge passengers for the provision of transport services for the regular carriage of persons in accordance with the rates set out in Annex 9 to this SWZ. (ticket price list). The Contractor will provide monthly ticket sales at the District Transfer Center on the first two and last two working days of the month, from 10.00—16.00.
6. The service consists of the operation of bus services of a public service nature on the abovementioned transport lines with rolling stock complying with the following minimum technical conditions:
(a) a minimum of 6 buses having at least 80 seats, including a seating capacity of at least 35 (Type A rolling stock) meeting at least EURO 5 exhaust standards,
(b) minimum 1 bus having at least 60 seats, including a seating capacity of at least 25, (rolling stock type B), meeting at least EURO 5 exhaust standards,
(c) a minimum of 3 buses having at least 30 seats, including a seating capacity of at least 20 (rolling stock type C) meeting at least EURO 5 exhaust standards.
7. All buses must comply with the requirements laid down in Article 66 of the Act of 20 June 1997 — Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 450 as amended).
8. Buses must be technical-operable and aesthetically pleasing and clean inside and outside.
