A world-class hockey field will be built, with a lighting system that meets the highest standards of the International Hockey Federation. The existing stand will be completely renovated and will be completed by new stands on the other side of the field, reaching a capacity of about 4000 seats. Account will be taken of the possibility of increasing the capacity of the stadium with temporary facilities, in the event of a large-scale international event.

The purpose of this public works contract is to designate on the one hand a works contractor for the realization of the building and the various main works necessary for this purpose (lot 1), and on the other hand a works contractor responsible for laying land strictly meeting the specifications referred to in the technical part and the installation of the dedicated and specific lighting required (lot 2).

- the creation of bleachers on embankments in front of the existing stand;

- the development of the surroundings;

- work relating to the development of the synthetic hockey field (meeting the standards of the International Hockey Federation);

- an infiltration knot.
