1. Provision of towing (removal) and storage services in a guarded car park for vehicles from the Poznań District, removed pursuant to Article 130a of the Act of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047, as amended).

2. The order will be executed successively, in accordance with the unit prices proposed by the Contractor, to use the amount allocated by the Contracting Authority for the performance of the task, i.e. up to the gross amount of PLN 3,470,631.00.

3. The actual number of services provided will depend on the current needs of the Contracting Authority, and the determination of the maximum nominal value in the contract may not (in the case of smaller needs) be the basis for claims from the Contractor.

4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the appendices to the Terms of Reference.

5. The Contracting Authority requires the payment of a tender deposit in the amount of PLN 80,000.00.

6. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts similar to the basic task, the value of which will not exceed 50% of the value of the basic contract.
