The contract includes the services of specialist planning (technical equipment performance) according to § 55 HOAI (plant groups 1-3 and 8) for work phases 1 to 9 as well as certain special services for the new construction of the Bigge-Olsberg fire station.

The city of Olsberg is planning the construction of a new fire station for the Bigge-Olsberg fire engine. The new building is intended to replace the current fire station at a new location. The aim is to compensate for the space deficits in existing buildings through the new building. According to the current status, estimated costs of approx. EUR 8.7 million (net) for KG 200 - 700 are assumed for the new building.
