Whilst we aim to build a strong and cohesive identity, we recognise that each academy within the Trust has its own unique characteristics. Collaboration and joint working ensure that all academies in the Trust can share in, and benefit from, each other's strengths.

The Trust currently operate a number of schools which include Primary, Secondary and Studio schools. The ambition of the Trust for this procurement is to provide each school part of the Trust with a collective contract for cleaning provision making use of the overall Trust aggregated demand to ensure the best possible quality is provided at the most competitive price.

The Trust has ambitions of growth and for the purpose of this tender the Contracting Authority shall be Wellsway Academy Trust and all members' schools that form part of the group throughout the life of the resulting contract.

Wellsway Academy Trust are seeking to Contract with a capable and competent cleaning provider whom are able to fully manage the Trust's cleaning requirements.

Initially the services are to be provided at the following locations:

Aspire Academy — Frome Road, Bath, Somerset, BA2 5RF.

St John's Primary — Charlton Park, Keynsham, Bristol, BS31 2NB.

IKB Studio School — C/O Wellsway School, Chandag Road, Keynsham, Bristol, BS31 1PH.

SBL Academy — Sir Bernard Lovell Academy, North Street, Oldland Common, BS30 8TS.

Bath Studio School — Frome Road, Bath, Somerset, BA2 5RF.

Wellsway School — Wellsway School, Chandag Road, Keynsham, Bristol, BS31 1PH.
