The present tender concerns the drywall construction work in the new building and south wing of the Regenbogenschule in Seelze.

These are:

* Approx. 1400 m² suspended ceilings made of mineral fibre grid panels in different qualities, partly with mineral wool layer

* Approx. 350 m² suspended ceilings made of wood wool acoustic panels

* Approx. 550 m² suspended ceilings, friezes and enclosures made of plasterboard

* Approx. 500 m² installation walls, pre-walls and cladding made of plasterboard

* Approx. 80 m² installation walls, pre-walls and cladding made of cement panels

* Approx. 300 m² acoustic walls made of wooden panels

* Approx. 100 m² acoustic wall panels with textile surface

* Approx. 150 m² interior insulation made of mineral foam boards

* Approx. 20 m² dismantling and reassembly of suspended ceilings

* Approx. 30 m² toilet partitions

* Approx. 6.50 m wooden wall handrail

The Regenbogenschule in Seelze is to be operated as a three-tier all-day primary school after being relieved by new primary schools. For this purpose, extensive conversion, renovation and expansion measures are taking place.

The present invitation to tender concerns the drywall construction work.

Work is to begin 12 working days after the contract has been awarded. The work is to be completed within 90 working days in the new building and within 70 working days in the south wing to be renovated.
