In the properties managed by BIM, the contractor must carry out the following services:
- Tree inspection annually according to the tree control guidelines,
- keeping the tree register in the form of the stock list handed over by the AG,
- measures planning, commissioning and monitoring of the implementation of measures in the context of tree care,
- Conduct the official correspondence.
The properties are distributed in Berlin. The total number of trees to be inspected is approximately 34,431 pieces.
The services to be performed are divided into 6 lots according to city districts.
The procedure is led with the AG under the file number V-2018-000220. Please indicate this with each correspondence. Please note that this publication only provides the essential information. In 126 of the properties managed by BIM (including administrative buildings, judicial and police buildings, various open spaces, allotment gardens), the contractor must carry out the following services:
- Tree inspection annually according to the tree control guidelines,
- keeping the tree cadastre in the form of the stock list handed over by the AG in Excel format or in the customer's own CAFM system, by means of the corresponding APP of the customer,
- measures planning, commissioning and monitoring of the implementation of measures in the context of tree care,
- Conduct the official correspondence, for example, from the application for tree felling to the final implementation.
In lot 1, the tree checks in the districts Reinickendorf and Spandau are tendered. The total number of trees to be surveyed is approximately 4,426 in 126 properties with a total land area of approximately 754,297 m
In 68 of the properties managed by BIM (including administrative buildings, judicial and police buildings, various open spaces, allotment gardens), the following services must be performed by the contractor:
- Tree inspection annually according to the tree control guidelines,
- keeping the tree cadastre in the form of the stock list handed over by the AG in Excel format or in the customer's own CAFM system, by means of the corresponding APP of the customer,
- measures planning, commissioning and monitoring of the implementation of measures in the context of tree care,
- Conduct the official correspondence, for example, from the application for tree felling to the final implementation.
In lot 2 the tree controls in the districts Steglitz / Zehlendorf are tendered. The total number of trees to be surveyed is around 7 095 in 68 properties with a total land area of 701 737 m
In 347 of the properties managed by BIM (including administrative buildings, judiciary, police buildings, various open spaces, allotment gardens) of the BIM, the contractor must perform the following services:
- Tree inspection annually according to the tree control guidelines,
- keeping the tree cadastre in the form of the stock list handed over by the AG in Excel format or in the customer's own CAFM system, by means of the corresponding APP of the customer,
- measures planning, commissioning and monitoring of the implementation of measures in the context of tree care,
- Conduct the official correspondence, for example, from the application for tree felling to the final implementation.
In lot 3 the tree controls in the districts Treptow / Köpenick are put out to tender. The total number of trees to be inspected is approximately 5 104 pieces in 347 properties with a total land area of 745 768 m
In 385 of the properties managed by BIM (including administrative buildings, judicial and police buildings, various open spaces, allotment gardens) of the BIM, the contractor must perform the following:
- Tree inspection annually according to the tree control guidelines,
- keeping the tree cadastre in the form of the stock list handed over by the AG in Excel format or in the customer's own CAFM system, by means of the corresponding APP of the customer,
- measures planning, commissioning and monitoring of the implementation of measures in the context of tree care,
- Conduct the official correspondence, for example, from the application for tree felling to the final implementation.
In lot 4, the tree checks in the districts districts Lichtenberg and Marzahn-Hellersdorf are tendered. The total number of trees to be inspected is approximately 7,471 pieces in 385 properties with a total land area of 1,295,401 m
In 195 of the properties managed by BIM (including administrative buildings, judicial and police buildings, various open spaces, allotment gardens) of the BIM, the contractor must carry out the following services:
- Tree inspection annually according to the tree control guidelines,
- keeping the tree cadastre in the form of the stock list handed over by the AG in Excel format or in the customer's own CAFM system, by means of the corresponding APP of the customer,
- measures planning, commissioning and monitoring of the implementation of measures in the context of tree care,
- Conduct the official correspondence, for example, from the application for tree felling to the final implementation.
In lot 5 the tree controls in the district Pankow are put out to tender. The total number of trees to be inspected is around 6 075 pieces in 195 properties with a total land area of 1 728 703 m
In 199 of the properties managed by BIM (including administrative buildings, judicial and police buildings, various open spaces, allotment gardens) of the BIM, the contractor must perform the following:
- Tree inspection annually according to the tree control guidelines,
- keeping the tree cadastre in the form of the stock list handed over by the AG in Excel format or in the customer's own CAFM system, by means of the corresponding APP of the customer,
- measures planning, commissioning and monitoring of the implementation of measures in the context of tree care,

In lot 6, the tree checks in the districts Charlottenburg / Wilmersdorf, Friedrichshain / Kreuzberg, Mitte, Neukölln and Tempelhof / Schöneberg are tendered. The number of trees to be surveyed is approximately 4 260 pieces in 199 properties with a total land area of 1 139 815 m
