Description:

Bolton FT are looking for a preferred partner to undertake a review of their estate and subsequent implementation of more energy efficient technologies and eliminate a significant portion of high risk backlog maintenance. All of which will be undertaken as an Energy and Backlog Maintenance Performance based contract where guarantees are required on the performance of the service, either in; kilowatt hours and or cash terms and or Carbon terms. Bidders will need to provide guarantees over a set period of time, with the term of the agreement not exceeding the maximum of 20 years, which looks to transfer a proportion of the risk to the successful preferred partner. Bidders should note that Bolton NHS Foundation Trust have engaged Ecovate Innovations Limited to undertake the e
