Klinikum Hochrhein GmbH plans to procure and introduce a PDMS and AIMS
Founded in 1411, the Klinikum Hochrhein is today one of the largest hospitals on the Upper Rhine and in the South Baden region as a modern hospital for basic and regular care with 303 planned beds. A total of 12 disciplines work interdisciplinary on the care of more than 12,500 patients p.a.
Klinikum Hochrhein GmbH plans to procure and introduce a PDMS and AIMS. A media-seamless documentation in the anaesthesia, in the recovery room, in the intensive care unit and the IMC is to be realized. All medical, nursing and therapeutic information is recorded at the clinical workplace, with automatic transfer of monitoring, ventilation, dialysis, infusion data and other operated medical technology devices. The PDMS/AIMS is the central control instrument in the workflow with integration into the existing system landscape. Since patient safety can only be established within the framework of the Patient Journey through complete, seamless and consistent documentation across system boundaries, great importance is attached to the possibility of integrating the systems into the established overall system and in particular into the ORBIS of the Dedalus HC and thus process efficiency in the systems to be procured.
A project-specific EVB IT system contract is concluded for procurement. The corresponding draft contract shall be attached to the tender documents for the initial tender and may be made the subject of the procurement negotiations by the contracting authority. Details are regulated in the application conditions for the offer phase.
A contract is awarded subject to the funding commitment of the State of Baden-Württemberg within the framework of funding pursuant to §14a Hospital Financing Act (KHG) in conjunction with §§19,20,22,23,4 Abs2 and 6 Abs. 1 Krankenhausstrukturfondsverordnung (KHSFV) and the guideline of the Federal Social Security Office (BAS) according to §21 Abs. 2 KHSFV (as of 03.05.2021, BAS funding guideline).
