The target of the procurement is the street lighting renovation service of the municipality of Aura. The service is implemented using a rental model, in which the municipality rents remotely controlled LED luminaires and the necessary poles from the service provider for the use of the municipality of Aura. The municipality of Aura has a valid service agreement with C2 Smart Light Oy on remote outdoor lighting management services. LED luminaires for rent must be compatible and remotely controlled with the C2 Smart Light control solution. The service to be procured includes the installation of rented equipment, measurement of lighting quality, implementation and optimisation of remote lighting management.

The procurement does not constitute an exclusive right for the service provider to provide services to the client. The municipality of Aura does not commit to the quantities to be procured, but rental supplies installed in place are procured as needed.

The lease agreement and tenancy with the guarantee are created and enter into force when both parties have signed the agreement. Contract period by the end of 2023, when implementation must be completed and ready for delivery to the client. The rental agreement and equipment warranty is valid for 10 years from the moment of signing. After the contract period, the luminaires and other equipment will be transferred to the customer's ownership at a redemption price, which is a maximum of the last monthly rent multiplied by two. The monthly rent is based on the unit prices of the price form multiplied by the amounts purchased. The prices are fixed throughout the contract period, however, so that an index adjustment can be made to the unit prices halfway through the contract period (after 5 years). The monthly rent is invoiced in six-month increments in advance. The payment term is at least 14 days from the receipt of the approved invoice. The warranty for rental equipment must be 10 years. Installation by tenderers, etc. The warranty for work should be at least 2 years. The lease may be concluded with a financial institution designated by the tenderer. In this case, the terms of payment of the lease agreement shall be determined in accordance with the lease agreement of the financial institution, excluding the payment terms specified in this document. The Supplier retains responsibility for arranging a warranty for the delivered equipment throughout the contract period.
