After completion of the first construction phase, the second phase of the expansion of the middle school (MS), addition of existing parts and addition of various areas and construction of a break hall between the new building, the gym and the middle school. In addition, the inventory of the middle school is to be completely renovated. For this purpose, the building is completely cleared.

As part of the energy renovation, the building at the middle school in Germering will be equipped with a new

suspended façade construction, consisting of mineral insulation and fibre cement panels on substructure,

as well as a glass façade and a metal ceiling in some areas.
