Parties to the Paris Agreements are required under the new enhanced transparency framework to submit their first biennial transparency report to the UNFCCC secretariat by 31 December 2024. The project aims to provide support to the Commission to ensure this reporting obligation is met by the EU on time as well as in excellent quality.
